“Earlier this month, Last Call came and played my club and I got a lot more than I had bargained for. As a sound engineer, I see and work with a multitude of bands, especially bands of similar style and sensibilities, so I can say that these guys are the real McCoy. They were very courteous, easy to work with, prepared, and most of all, professional. They played the songs that people wanted to hear (and well too, something rare these days) and kept our crowd in the bar, dancing and drinking the night away. Many bands can play through a set and do it well, but it’s more rare to find one that can do just that while staying actively involved and engaged with their audience. It’s also seldom that I find myself behind the bar on a Thursday night serving drinks because our bartender is slammed with too many orders to handle from a large crowd the band had brought in. I can’t thank the guys enough for their professionalism as a band and kindness as people. Were I a betting man, I’d wager that Last Call would keep your dance floor full and your guests entertained, should you book them for a party. Otherwise, your party would be filled with very jaded and cynical people.”
